AI-Generated Content: Content generated by the AI is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness before using it.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASSISTANTX AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
